The bathroom has a soaking tub, a separate shower, a long vanity with a seated makeup area, and its own closet. Included: washer and dryer in the house, full kitchen access with a gas range and dishwasher, living room with a fireplace, a fenced backyard with a deck and garden, and parking right out front. Utilities and wifi are covered in the rent. The household is me and my teenage son, and our 2 cats. We're quiet and clean and we run on a schedule. If you're working nights you won't be woken up — we're on a cul-de-sac, and the primary suite is upstairs. Getting to work: under 10 minutes to Williamson Medical Center, roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Vanderbilt and the Nashville hospitals straight up I-65. Publix, Kroger and downtown Franklin are all a few minutes away.
