The house is located close to public transit, supermarkets, restaurants and a few blocks from TCU, making it the perfect place to call home. "Note: We require all members to have an active renter’s insurance policy to approve your booking request. If you don’t have one, you can set up a policy through us for $16/month (excluding transaction fees). Please only book if you understand and agree to this requirement."

4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
