Your stay includes: • Monthly professional cleaning of common areas. • Provided cleaning supplies to keep things sparkling. • A move-in-ready experience curated for your comfort. Available Rooms Bedroom 1 features a newly renovated private en-suite bathroom and additional storage of about 100 sqft. Bedroom 2 and 3, share a newly renovated full bathroom upstairs. Bedroom 4 currently has its own attached private bathroom. The home is equipped with gig-speed high-speed internet and three mesh Wi-Fi extenders for strong coverage throughout the house. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The Sprinkle of Joy is located in the heart of East Point, about 3.5 miles away from the Atlanta Airport, you are perfectly positioned for an easy commute. 1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
