Your own furnished private room in a comfortable Detroit home on a quiet residential street, with easy access to the Southfield Freeway and I-96. Shared common spaces include a living room with a television, a dining area, and a full kitchen with fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and dishwasher. There is a workspace for remote work or study, and a backyard. The house has TWO full bathrooms shared between four bedrooms, so there is less waiting than most shared homes. Rooms come furnished with a bed and linens, so you can move in with just your bags. Members are responsible for keeping their own room and the shared spaces tidy. Laundry is at a nearby laundromat rather than in the home. Move-in is straightforward and everything is handled through PadSplit.
Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
