Tucked among tall pines on a quiet residential street, this classic brick ranch has a covered front porch, sloped wooded backyard and raised deck for relaxing after work. Generous windows bring in plenty of natural light. The open main level flows from a real eat-in kitchen with a center island and plenty of counter space into a sunlit living and dining area with direct deck access. Downstairs is a second oversized common room for relaxing or watching movies, plus a dedicated laundry room with full-size machines. THE ROOMS Private rooms are bright and quiet, with furniture and workspaces for working or studying from home. Every room has a private en-suite bathroom. Select rooms provide larger layouts or extra storage. One bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The home offers a comfortable, low-stress setting in an established neighborhood while keeping the city easy to reach. PARKING The home has five on-site parking spaces. Parking is subject to current availability and must be confirmed before move-in. There is no street parking at the property. All rooms allow double occupancy for an additional weekly fee.
