Small private bedrooms in small shared apartment on second floor. Rooms feature: Roku smart TV, full bed, and modern furniture. Rooms each have its own AC and heater that the tenant can adjust as desired. Electronic keypad locks on entry door and room doors for a keyless experience. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared with other tenants. Fully furnished as shown in pictures, the following are included in the rent: Water, power, Wi-Fi internet, pest control, maid service for common areas every three weeks, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. One person per room only, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs. You must be ok with keeping the apartment clean and picking up after yourself. If you are a messy person this is NOT the place for you. Convenient Daytona Beach location. Apartment is close by ERAU, Daytona Airport, Flight Training Schools, Flight Students, BCU, DSC, and Lineman College.
