The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, a spacious living room, dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C, and an in-home washer and dryer for your convenience. Your monthly rent includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, lawn care, pest control, and regular cleaning of the shared common areas, making budgeting simple with no surprise utility bills.
