DBR doors have key locks and front door has smart lock for security. 3 blks fr transit. We do perform additional background checks on all applicants Please note that because there are other guests, house rules must be respected. NO smoking! NO pets except Service and Emotional Support Animals that have been registered with PadSplit! Quiet time after 9PM to 9AM!
