CO-LIVING Home! Rent your room today. First availability is March 1, 2026. Maximum of 1 person per room. This cozy 3-bedroom 1-bath was fully renovated in 2020 and the common areas are fully furnished for a great co-living experience. The bedrooms can come furnished as well at the request of the tenant. Both the front yard and backyard are large and inviting (1/4 acre lot). The backyard has RV/boat parking if you need it. There is no garage, but there is a carport and a very long driveway. This is a very safe area as well (I lived here myself for 2 years). You can walk to Old Town, and you are right next to the Clovis bike trail. The house is directly across the street from an elementary school, so the neighborhood has many young and friendly families. The neighbors next door have lived there since the house was built and they are very friendly. There are 2 additional in-law units on this lot. Both do not share walls with you, so you would have complete privacy. One of the in-law units houses one of my employees. She is an on-site manager. She is wonderful and can help you with anything you need. The other in-law unit is rented by a young married couple. Owner pays for all utilities except PGE and WiFi. -WiFi: $25/room -Solar: $100/room -Tenant responsible for 1/5 PGE bill (that can range from $25-$125 depending on usage). -Pest, landscape, water, trash are all paid for by the owner
