Your new home awaits! This PadSplit has a TV and foosball table in the shared living room. Additionally, the kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, sink, toaster oven, stovetop, as well as all basic cookware. The separate dining room has a coffee nook for you to ease into your day. All bedrooms are equipped with locks for you to secure your room while you're out exploring Colorado. Also, all shelves in the kitchenette, bathroom, and shared closet are labeled with your room number, so you'll have plenty of your own space to store your belongings. The house is about 1 block away from the nearest bus stop, and only a few minute drive to a main highway, making it quick and easy to get where you need to go! Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
