*BOOKING REQUIREMENTS* We love accepting bookings! However, if you can't provide paystubs (or bank statements), or you've had evictions in the last 5 years, we do not recommend booking with us. Otherwise, we'll do our absolute best! Charming, renovated home with large bedrooms in walking distance of downtown Hapeville. Close to restaurants, Porsche headquarters, and the Atlanta airport (not to mention the first Chick-fil-a)! One block from bus stops on N Central Ave, but ample off-street parking too. Note: please read our rules. We are very serious about no smoking inside the house and being courteous to the other members. If that is a concern to you, there is still time to find another place to stay!
Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
