Smaller Bedroom – No dedicated parking, but guest parking is a short 2 minute walk away. Marta is a 5 minute walk away You’ll share one bathroom with a maximum of two other tenants. The home has 2.5 bathrooms total, so it never feels crowded. The owner (male) lives quietly in a private basement suite with separate laundry, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and the current tenant (master bedroom) is also male. Note: Street parking isn’t allowed per HOA rules. The master bedroom is already rented, so there are no private baths available at this time. If you’re looking for a well-kept home with solid guys and a good setup (gym/business center), this is it.
