This modern home, sitting on a quiet wooded lot, has all of the modern updates next to convenience of 2 bus lines. Relax on the shaded front porch after work or cook dinner your new kitchen with modern backsplash, black leathered granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Our inclusive house is anti-racist and LGBTQ-friendly, but not 420 friendly. We expect courteous, clean housemates. In general, we expect folks to be adults and handle their own business without being told. Assigned kitchen space and cleaner comes 2x per month for common areas. When applying for this room, you must include details about yourself in the "member message" section. Cameras in common areas. You also must be available to complete an interview within 24 hours of requesting to book.

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
