Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, generous closet space and a dedicated desk/workstation — ideal for residents who work or study from home. The three largest suites are especially spacious, with approximately 12-foot ceilings and enough room to create separate sleeping, working and relaxing areas. These premium suites also include a private kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave, giving residents even more independence and convenience. The shared kitchen is fully available to all residents, and the home includes an in-house washer and dryer. All utilities are included in the rent, including fast Wi-Fi, so your monthly housing costs stay simple and predictable. Outside, enjoy a large fenced backyard and a beautiful, spacious front porch that provides a comfortable place to relax. The backyard can be accessed directly from the shared kitchen, and Bedroom 4 also has its own exterior access. Parking includes one driveway space, with plenty of street parking available nearby. The location offers excellent access to Atlanta. The home is approximately three blocks from the Atlanta BeltLine and four blocks from Perkerson Park, with convenient connections to Downtown, Midtown and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
