Welcome to your Atlanta home away from home! Located just 3 miles from Mercedes-Benz Stadium and within walking distance of MARTA, this cozy 1,200-square-foot home is the perfect home base for FIFA, concerts, business travel, or exploring the city. The smart floor plan makes the home feel much larger than its size, with comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests (12 cozy), plenty of tucked-away storage, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces to relax after a day in Atlanta. The kitchen features brand-new appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, sink, coffee station, and basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware—everything you need to cook a meal and save money during your stay. Outside, enjoy a charming side porch for morning coffee, a spacious back deck with seating, a fire pit, and a large fenced backyard that's perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. Guests also have access to a private storage shed for bikes, scooters, luggage, and other gear, plus free driveway and street parking. Our friendly Sylvan Hills neighborhood is just minutes from Historic West End, Lee + White Food Hall, the Atlanta BeltLine, Midtown, Buckhead, and many of Atlanta's most popular attractions. Whether you're headed to a FIFA match, World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, or a night out in Midtown, you'll be close to everything while enjoying a quiet neighborhood to come home to. This home is proudly owned and hosted by two Atlanta women entrepreneurs who have thoughtfully prepared every detail to make your stay comfortable. We live less than 10 minutes away and are available if you need us, but once you're settled in, we'll happily let you enjoy the house and the city at your own pace. 2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
