About the Rooms: Basement Suite – Comes with a private ensuite bathroom – Has it’s own private entrance for added privacy. – Also has interior access to the main floor (kitchen, living spaces) Upstairs Room – Comfortable room located on the second floor. – Comes with a private bathroom located just outside the door. Only Two Rooms Will Be Rented Out The rest of the house won’t be occupied, so everyone will have their own private bathroom and plenty of space. Shared areas (like the kitchen, living room, sunroom and laundry) are always clean and easy to access. Location Perks: – Walkable neighborhood – Close to groceries, restaurants, parks, and more. – Easy access to main roads, with a short drive to GA 400 or GA 141 While neither room is furnished, they both have a full sized bed and mattress available for a renter who would want/need help with furniture.
