Auberry Park currently has a wait list but we are accepting applications. Auberry Park is a 110-unit affordable housing community that offers 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments. Housing Choice Voucher holders are welcome to apply. Unit amenities include: central heat/air, a dishwasher, electric stove, and refrigerator. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a SETA Head Start preschool, laundry room, BBQ area, swimming pool, basketball court, and community gazebo. Please read the checklist and criteria for eligibility and fill out the application thoroughly. Be aware that CHOC does not choose residents on a first-come, first-served basis.
