The master has its own en-suite bathroom. All tenants have access to the shared roof deck with a panoramic view of the city, as well as a bike room and loading dock. Each floor has coin-operated laundry. Lease Terms: First, last, and security due at move-in. Landlord may require other terms such as last month’s rent upfront—$65 application fee per applicant.
