For your business we offer: - A prestigious business address with 24/7 access - Receptionist to greet your clients M-F, 12-5pm - We are able to sign for deliveries, and serve as a client pickup/drop off location - Professional mailing and business address - FREE Wi-Fi - Access to a full kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances - Parking is FREE and within steps of the building entrance - Three hours of conference room access per month - All utilities are included We do charge a $55 per person application fee, and all potential tenants must pass a credit, criminal, and prior eviction screening.
