The apartment is bright, with plenty of natural light and newer flooring. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the basement, and off-street parking is located at the bottom of the street. Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, trash, and $125 per month towards water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted.
