This generously sized bedroom offers ample storage space and plenty of natural light as well as access to the apartments rear private patio. Making your way down to the lower level you will be greeted by the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, a microwave, and ample cabinet storage! The second bedroom sits directly past the kitchen and allows for convenient access to the in unit laundry. Additionally this unit is located a short walk from the regional transportation line and within minutes from Raising Cane's Fried Chicken, Chipotle, Blaze Pizza, Five Guys, Fresh Grocer, and CVS! Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1 month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing.
