Welcome home to a freshly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment on w 36th St, near downtown Jacksonville. Fresh paint, flooring, and blinds, new window units, bathroom fixtures, etc. First months rent ($955) and security deposit (ranging from $900-$1800 depending on screening) must be paid prior to moving in, and the second month will be prorated based on the actual time the home is occupied during the first month. Our requirements include a clean criminal record with no felonies in 7 years, evictions in the last 4 years, income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and tenants are responsible for all utilities.
