We provide all our Guests a few Gifts to say “Welcome” … Your own bed set of pillows, sheets, a blanket, and a few more surprises. Our desire is you can rest from the first moment you call our House your next Home. The Kitchen comes equipped with a Fridge, Sink, Oven, Stovetop, Microwave all of which are recently Upgraded Appliances. You have PadMate dedicated spaces (Pantry, Fridge, & Freezer) just for your usage. The Laundry Room just off the Kitchen includes recently upgraded Washer & Dryer and a convenient Laundry Sorting / Folding Station. You’re just under 1 mile from a Walmart and also near by are a Walgreens, McDonalds, Olive Garden, TJ Maxx, Office Depot, Highway Access, and more! This Host Home also includes Security Cameras in Common Spaces.
Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
