Upstairs, you’ll find 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms: 2 with private bathrooms (one Queen bed, one King) and 2 Queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Each room includes a TV, fan, and mini-fridge. Shared spaces include a welcoming living room, dining area, and a small kitchen. Downstairs, two private rooms enjoy a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a lovely terrace with pool and jacuzzi. All residents have access to the exclusive Clubhouse with pool, lazy river, water slides, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, and more! Includes parking for one small car and guest parking one block away.
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
