This house is located 10 minutes drive from CLT International Airport, and near other factories, warehouses and industries, and close to down town to experience the vibrant night life! This house will offer you the ability to come home, switch on the TV, kick out your shoes, and relax in a beautiful room and common areas. The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, as well as basic cookware. The neighborhood is near highways, and public transport routes (Bus routes) which means you won’t be far from all Charlotte has to offer.
Requirements and application process

2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
