Enjoy living in a modern House. This home is decorated with modern touches while providing more than just the basic necessities. We like to spend time outside in our back and front yards. Both have seating and gardens. Back patio has hammock, seating area, dining table for 6, w/umbrella, gas firepit and water feature. Front yard has an outdoor grill/smokers and seating. We have arranged year-round maintenance. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, fan ventilation & dishwasher. Nespresso, Kitchen Aid mixer, Vitamix blender. There is a large island with seating for three, and a dining room with seating for 6. There is a large TV in the living room and the basement. Gas fireplace in both spaces make them cozy in the winter. Dry sauna in basement helps after long day! The surrounding location is quiet and next to Big Dry Creek trails. We have lived in this home for 25 years and will miss it! Equal distance from Denver and Boulder, about 25min to either.
