Clean and spacious. This is a shared co-living space with host occupying the unit during your stay. Enjoy a split king sized bed, with walk-in closet, desk and chair. Bed can be separated into two twin xl beds upon request. Private full bathroom with shared use of the kitchen and balcony. Padmate will enjoy their own mini fridge with separate mini freezer and use of any or all empty kitchen cabinets.

- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required

4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
