All that's left for you to do is bring your own linens and items to personalize the space! Minutes away from Highway 85, our co-living space offers quick and easy access to the heart of the city, and we're on the MARTA line. Whether you're commuting for work or enjoying the day getting there is a breeze!
Requirements and application process
1. Once you inquire you will receive an email or text from our team with an invite link to apply online (application fee applies)
2. Requirements include:
- proof of income or ability to pay rent upfront
- criminal background check
- no more than 1 eviction in the past 7 years
- valid ID and SSN or ITIN for verification
- no minimum credit score required
3. Instant online approval - If approved, you will be able to proceed and book any available room you want
4. Move in as early as 1 day after booking
