The prices provided are intended as an initial estimate and are calculated on the basis of a 12-month contract. However, the ultimate pricing will be influenced by several factors, including seasonal variations, availability, and the level of commitment.

You will stay in the 5-6 bedroom apartment with access to all building’s amenities. Enjoy a rooftop view or play table football in the game room. Do some work or study at our Coworking zone or simply make a barbeque in the cozy backyard. There's something for every type of resident at the Bernard Brooklyn Home.
