Hello! Our roommate is moving out end of October, so hop on this great deal we’ve got. Top floor apartment near downtown Alhambra with small patio looking out on the San Gabriel Mountains.  Renting private bedroom, with private entrance, shared bathroom, and personal parking spot. Walking distance to Restaurants, Movie Theater, Grocery Store, and the local Park.

The room is medium sized, carpeted, and get’s good sun. The apartment is modern, get’s loads of sun, and everything was done brand new one year ago when we moved in so it’s quite nice. Laundry is on site and costs a couple bucks. Fake hard wood floors, nice kitchen with granite counter tops & dishwasher, spacious living room, pretty views from the patio (when it’s not smoky from wildfires).

We are two 30 year old guys who like board games, making bread, listening to records and brewing beer. That should give you a good idea of us, friendly & professional nerds who drink.
