David and I are both very social, fun loving and chill. I love traveling, the beach, going out often and live music. I have friends over sometimes on the weekend, but super chill and casual. I like to stay active and always on the go. I keep the apartment clean and don’t really care about much as long as you pick up after yourself and contribute. My friend David and I are looking for a third roommate with the same interests as us. We both secretly believe we are 25 years old... We both go out every weekend and like to have fun, but keep things super respectful!
We want someone who is also super friendly and social who won't complain about much as long as we are all on the same page of fun, work and cleanliness. We are both successful machines but super down to earth and always ready to play. .We want someone who will become our friend and go out with us and keep the apartment comfortable to live and be in 24-7. We want someone with a good job and who is reliable to pay bills on time.
The apartment building is so beautiful and a young crowd that all chills together at times also.

Bedroom in an awesome apartment with awesome people
The apartment building is beautiful. We have high ceilings and a huge living room space. Use the google machine to look up 17 Monitor Street. The living room space is huge, with high top kitchen table, big couch, new kitchen, hardwood floors, bookshelf and just good vibes and laughs. Your room would be the middle bedroom. Below is a link to the building itself. We have a pool table/bar room, laundry in building, gym, elevators and an awesome lounge rooftop with a view and a fun young social atmosphere. I
We are blocks from the L train - Graham stop (5 minute walk) and get's you to Manhattan in 10 minutes. The neighborhood is really chill and laid back/fun.
David and I are looking for a roommate that would be a friend not just roommate. We have a very comfortable living situation and want to keep it that way. We are looking for someone that is fun and friendly, who likes to go out, whom is respectful, who is money reliable and trust worthy. and also cleans up after themselves. We have a fun loving home, where anyone can do what they want! We tend to go out on weekends in the winter and love going to all the local brews houses and concerts.
We love guests and being around one another. As long as you clean up after yourself and help clean around the apartment, we will be just fine.
