Wonderful wood stove to counter heating costs in the winter that is serviced and cleaned yearly. Knowledge and / or experience with fire safety is highly encouraged. Heat pumps/ AC have been installed in all bedrooms and living areas to complement temperature needs.

Rent is $800 monthly with WIFI, plowing / sanding, trash / recycling, electricity and heat included! Tenants are required to all contribute in maintaining a safe, clean space and outdoor property management(mowing and stacking wood).
