Sunny Bedroom in Park Slope with Private Backyard

Hi! I'm Taylor and I’ve lived in this apartment for 3 years now and have decided to rent out my back room. Rooms are at two opposite ends of the apartment. There is a private backyard , the door to outside is in that room. The living space is open and shared, and I like to keep it pretty clean. I have one dog, he's a 15 year old Alaskan Malamute named Hitch. He's a senior so he doesn't really do much but sleep and give kisses. I also have a cat that pretty much keeps to himself, but just an fyi if you’re allergic. I’d like whoever moves in to be cool w at least some common interests with whoever snatches the room but I can respect privacy and alone time. I do smoke (not cigarettes) so you should be cool with that in general. You don't have to partake. The apartment is on the first floor, and about 5 blocks from the F/G train with tons and tons and tons of restaurants and bars around. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the place etc. The photos are of my room as there is currently a tenant in the available room. Looking for January 1st move in. First month + security required for move in = $2400. Rent doesn’t include utilities. Room can easily fit queen size bed/dresser/wardrobe etc. Looking for someone to stay until end of lease in April. Also looking for likeminded individuals with common interests. lets actually enjoy the person we're living with 🙂 No males (sorry)! LGBTQ friendly!!!!!
