I'm a guy working in tech that just moved to San Jose. I'm loving California so far but these rent prices are insane. I'm hoping to find a roommate that I jive with so rent is just a little less insane.
In short, I'm a young professional doing his thing in Cali. Overall I'm a pretty laid back guy who falls more towards the extrovert part of the spectrum. But I'm cool with introverts as well. I like to just hang for the most part. I'm neat, responsible, and know how to have a good time.
I don't drink due to religious reasons and would hope that my roommate can respect that and keep alcohol out of the apartment.

Amazing Courtyard Style Apartment in Heart of Silicon Valley
The apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bath in a courtyard style community. It opens up to the courtyard which is immaculately maintained. The pictures don't do it justice. The unit has large windows that allow for lots of light so it always feels open. The paint, knobs, faucets are all new. And a large screen window let's allows for nice breeze to flow through the whole apartment, if you want it. The laundry facilities on site are free. You'd be sharing the apartment with me. The apartment is not furnished yet so I'm open to the furniture arrangement and sleeping arrangements. I only have a queen bed so far.
