Big Room Available in Williamsburg for 1 Year Lease Starting July 1!
Hi! I'm looking for one more person to resign my lease for July 1 in Williamsburg! My current roommates are selling their furniture so you could possibly move into a furnished apartment!
About the space:
-Second Floor (top floor) walk up
-homey and spacious living room
-cute dining nook
-front entry space with front entry closet
-DISHWASHER!
-large kitchen with huge refrigerator
The room:
-Full/Queen sized room
-2 windows overlooking gorgeous greenery
-no closet, but easily fits a clothing rack
-shared bathroom with only one person
The neighborhood is super great:
-Laundromat directly across the street (drop off and self serve)
-Gym directly across the street
-3 grocery stores within a few blocks
-Around the corner from a cute wine and cheese bar with an outdoor patio (among many other great restaurants and bars!)
Transportation:
-1.5 blocks to L train at Grand (4 stops to Manhattan)
-5 min walk to L train at Graham
-10 minute bus to JMZ at Marcy (bus stop at the end of the block)
-15 Minute walk to JM at Hewes
-10 minute walk to L/G at Lorimer
-20 Minute walk to downtown Williamsburg
*The L train is still the most reliable train. I have had no issues with it.
About you:
-gal in early/mid 20s
-doesn't like wearing shoes in the house
-very clean, considerate and respectful of noise
