Spacious room available to move in on April 1st in a 4 BR duplex. The apartment is on second and third floors of a private home build in 2005. The home is new compared to old Astoria houses. It has hardwood floors throughout, high sealings, open concept kitchen with spacious living room and a large bathroom.

The home is located at the intersection of 42nd street and 20th road – a quiet area of Astoria, yet not far from Ditmars Blvd with many nice restaurants and stores. There is always parking on the street, if you own a car. Laundromat is two blocks away. 2 min to bus station on Steinway or 5 min to bus station on Ditmars. 15 min to subway station on 31st street. Commute to Manhattan is about 35 min.

Your bedroom has a big closet, and it fits a queen bed. It has a big window facing the sun, so you get an abundance of natural light.

We are in the late 20s/early 30s (two males and one female). We work full time and are mostly home in the evenings to relax. We are looking for a clean and nice roommate to share the place with.
