1 bedroom for rent. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 1 mile from downtown Kennesaw.
4 bedroom, 2400 square foot home with 2 car garage. Large hall bathroom would will be yours only. Large backyard and patio. Almost 2 year old German Shepherd in the home but she mostly stays downstairs in my son's area so there wouldn't be much interaction. The other bedrooms are occupied by myself, my 15 year old son (he is downstairs in a separate part of the home) and the last bedroom is my youngest daughter that comes home on college breaks and some weekends. I am 44 and work from home so I'm here most of the time. I don't have a lot of traffic in and out of the house, I'm a bit of a night owl that enjoys the peace so there isn't a lot of noise or activity going on. Common areas will be shared so you must be clean and tidy since that is how we keep the house. I've never had a roommate before but with the increasing rent prices and cost of living, having someone to share some of these cost would be very helpful and makes more sense to me than moving to a smaller place right now. I am a good person that lives a good, peaceful drama free life so I only want another good human in our space.
