Looking for someone who also needs to move somewhere by end of May, can be sooner! Looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom place to split between 2 people. Can pay up to 1200 a month but if we find a good listing able to go up to 1500 depending on space and amenities.

I usually work from home on my computer-- love a lil chat or hang every now n then but most of the time when I am home I prioritize being by myself and working on design projects.

I don't cook a lot but I do use this kitchen but like to try to leave it clean without a trace when I am done and hope that my roomate would do close to the same, I won't lose it if something isn't perfect tho lol. I find that cleaning rotation/ or a weekly schedule that divides cleaning duties is really helpful.

I have a partner who I hang out with a lot- he's a social worker, and a true sweetie pie so I can promise together we aren't annoying or obtrusive, I also go to his house frequently some nights and can communicate when that is. We like to play video games together a lot so I imagine this is something we might chill and do in the common space some times.

I like to have people over sometimes, maybe once a weekday or once a weekend night, not every week. Sometimes a couple of my friends and I hang out later at night but understand respecting noise levels so ok with chilling with people in my room or something.

If our budget allows for a third room and we can split the entire flat, I would also be willing to pay a bit more on my end for a larger BR or something, in my ideal world I think it would be cool to have a shared utility room/studio, open to chatting about what that would look like. Also natural light is a big must for me in the space, both bedroom and common space.

I've always been a cat person and will be bigly missing the cat I shared with my previous roomates so I will probably adopt one at some point, but I have always taken care of cats so am super conscious about training them and taking care of their waste.
