I will not utilize your section of the property and would prefer to rent to 2-3 females who know each other and get along.

Heart of Dallas, Family Friendly Neighborhood
Hello there, I am looking for 2-3 people (it would be great if they were friends) to each rent out a room in my duplex, it is about 15 minutes from everything in Dallas. I live on the property, but you will have the space to yourselves and I will not use your house sections (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom). I live pretty close to east field college, so it would be great if you were students, but I am willing to take anyone. I will not rent co-ed unless you are a couple or something like that. If you are a female and you sign up first, I will only rent the other 2 rooms to females. You will have to share spaces with the other females, but you will obviously have the room to yourself and I will never be in your space unless you need me to fix something. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come see it :)
