You’ll love the place because of the quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Downtown (10 min), Medical Center (7 min), Bellaire (7 min), West U (7 min), and the Galleria (10 min). Access to the Westpark tollway is close by as well. Monthly rent includes all bills. The room is unfurnished but can be furnished, if needed. The picture of the bedroom is furnished with a queen bed to show size. Free Internet and Netflix are included.
