i'd say i'm pretty laidback and reasonable as a roommate. i keep common areas clean n tidy, but my own room might be a little messy. i really value and expect open communication and healthy conflict resolution. 420-friendly !

i'm super down to hang out and be friends, but we don't have to be super tight if that's not what you're looking for! just as long as we can have a comfy shared space together, i'm happy :-)
