We are looking for a roommate to move into our 2 bedroom flex (feels like a proper 3 bedroom with full flex wall) 1.5 bath in doorman/elevator building in Murray hill for December 1st new 1-year lease. (Flexible with the exact move-in day if needed)
The apartment is underpriced and big for the area! Has a dishwasher, as well as laundry and dry cleaning in the building. The open room is the flex room, but it has a full wall so you won’t even notice. Has a balcony attached and is big for a flex room with its own big closet
