This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. The first floor (which is actually on the second story, good for Houston flooding) is tiled and has a living room, a half bath, and the kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms, two full baths, a washer/dryer, and apart from the master bedroom and bathrooms is wood flooring. The third floor is a bonus den/living room with wood flooring and access to a rooftop terrace. There is a small storage closet in the garage. Water is included but wifi and electricity expenses are shared. Parking is covered and $50 a month. The condo complex is gated for safety.
