Legal two-family home in South Richmond Hill, South Queens has one furnished bedroom on the second floor to rent to one female. The second floor has 3 bedroom and two are already occupied by one female in each room. Both female roommates are respectful for each other privacy and space. We are seeking for a third female roommate that share same attributes.
The second floor has its own kitchen and bathroom, which is share by the two female roommates. The room is about 12 feet long and about 10 feet wide. The room has a matching bedroom room set, which consist of a twin bed, a night table and a 3 drawers dresser with an addition 5 drawers dresser.
No partying, no pets and no smoking.
Rent is for $800 per month, which includes utilities, such as electricity, heat, WiFi and water (A/C is an extra charge) .
Must pass Application Screening ($50-nonrefundable).
Must bring proof of two month employment at time of room viewing.
