Hi, I am currently offering a furnished master bedroom that has around ~350 sqft of private space, a walk-in closet, an ensuite private bathroom with 2 sinks, its own thermostat control, and a private access balcony in M2M South tower.
The Condo is south-west facing unit above the 10th floor and a 5 minute walk from finch subway station. The Condo is new with brand new appliances.
Room comes with a queen sized bed with a newly purchased mattress protector and mattress skirt, a rolling desk and chair, and two bedside tables that have shelves for clothing. You may bring your own furniture if you need or we can remove some if you don't need them.
All utilities included + highspeed internet.
Private underground Parking spot included in price.
Fob activated elevators and concierge for security.
Gym should open in June
Pool should open by July
Hmart opening on first floor some time this summer.
