Hello, my name is Ethan. I am a hospitality professional who enjoys nature, sports, concerts and exercise. I live with my wife in the master bedroom of the house. There is one other tenant who lives in one of the upstairs rooms who is in his 30s and enjoys playing and writing music, the great outdoors, and spending time with his well behaved dog.
The home is a newer built home in a community with a park right across the street that includes a basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table, bike racks, and walking and sitting spaces. There is a brand new coffee shop that is a 3 minute walk from the house. The home is 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 12 minutes to the RiNo art district, and 25 minutes to the Denver International Airport. (The house is in Commerce City, CO. This app doesn't have it available in the neighborhood filtering system FYI)

The room has an ample sized closet, large window, and a ceiling fan that is remote controlled. The room is private, but you will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant.
