Super nice brown stone next to Convent Ave.(TOP 10 Historic Neighborhood). It is a very quiet neighborhood.
The bedroom is medium size with built-in closet. It is semi-furnished. It has one large window facing street (It's a super quiet neighborhood) You might be able to buy some stuff off my roommates if you need it. Every furniture you see in the pictures will be gone when you move in.
Only 50 seconds to A/D/B/C subway station. Super convenient for student or professional who goes to school or work in Manhattan. Starbucks, local coffee shops, drug stores, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars are all around you. Laundromat 1 min away from the house.
Having a guest stay over is totally fine. But please tell the others first. Everything is completely furnished except for your room.
The apartment is hardwood floors, great sunlight, tall ceilings, nice layout, and is fully furnished.
