Hi there! Ideally I'm trying to find a 3 bedroom with a roommate(s), flexible on location as long as it is convenient into Manhattan (Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, and anywhere between there until Astoria, including Bedstuy/Bushwick). My move-in date has somewhat changed since I created this account, and ideally would be May–July of 2021, so I'm more in search of meeting potential roommates atm. However, if we found a really cool unit together my move-in date is flexible to accommodate. I would like to think that I'm very easy to get along with, always open to discussion, and am excited to potentially meet someone to move into a cool spot together!

A little about my living behavior – I tend to be quiet and neat, do not smoke, and am usually home often (esp. during these work-from-home covid times). I DON'T mind loud noises, so you can play the guitar outside my room even if I'm sleeping. For this move, I would like to try to be in an apartment that is extra clean – no shoes in the house, and not too much unnecessary stuff cluttering the common area to keep it spacious feeling.

I'm ok with most pets (cats, reptiles, etc.) but not dogs because of the additional maintenance required to keep them and the space clean. In the past I've cooked for roommates on a regular basis for dinner together (obviously optional). I don't personally smoke or do any drugs but am ok with roommates doing such, as long as cigarette smoking specifically isn't done in the house. I listed $1200/max for my own rent, but am really hoping to be $1000 or slightly under that in the current market. And finally, I'm flexible on some of these things I listed, depending on the situation. Anything else, please feel free to reach out and ask!
