Searching for a roommate (Male, preferably professional and 20s) to resign a lease (12 months) for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Sunnyside, NY. My current roommate is moving out, and I’m looking to fill the second room.
About the apartment:
- Aug 1 move-in
- The apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up
- Bedroom comfortably fits a Queen size bed
- Laundry is around the corner, no more than a 2 min walk
- 1/2 min to the 7 Train (literally the best spot to get to the train)
- Minutes away from multiple parks
- Near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, bars
- Rent: ~1,000/pp + Utilities (~80-90)
- There is a pet fee if you would like to have a pet
