Hey! I'm subleasing my room in Astoria because I’m moving. It's the largest room in a 3 bd / 1.5 ba and will be unfurnished. Rent is $1050. Flexible with move-out date November-early December. The lease ends mid-March 2023 with the option to resign. Pets are allowed with approval from the landlord. No laundry in the building but walking distance to many laundromats. Utilities aren’t included but are generally inexpensive. Apt is on the second floor with three other units in the building. Location is by 30th ave and 38th st in Astoria. Tons of restaurants and places to go nearby. W/N line is 5 min walking and R/M line is 10 min walking. Both roommates are mid-20s females and would prefer another female around the same age. Am willing to sell my AC unit as well.
